Prescriptions

Repeat Prescriptions will not be issued unless you have a repeat prescription slip from this practice. The slip should be placed in the prescription box near reception.

Requests cannot be taken over the telephone.

Please allow 24 hours for your repeat prescription to be processed, if hand delivered / posted before 12 midday or 48 hours after 12 midday, before collection from the surgery.

Alternatively if you would like us to post your prescription to you please include a stamped addressed envelope with your repeat prescription slip.

If you use on-line prescription request, you must allow 48 hours before collection from the surgery.  If completed over the weekend, this will not be ready for collection until the Tuesday afternoon, after the weekend and a Wednesday after a bank holiday Monday.
